Paddy Power review
Paddy Power poker is an iPoker network member. It is one of the more popular rooms of the network. With a distinctly Europen feel to it, Paddy Power fits in with the iPoker network just fine. I’m not sure whether there are more winning players than losing ones on Paddy Power but if that’s the case, due to a new iPoker network policy, the room may start banning winning players in order to avoid a penalty from its Big Brother.
The software used by Paddy Power is the iPoker software every online poker player knows.
On the whole, the iPoker software package is an excellent one. The software is stable and fast, with decent graphics and somewhat annoying sounds. The statistics available are the usual ones and there’s a nice graphical hand history feature too, which is extremely useful when it comes to tracking back on your past actions. The graphical hand history can also be a nice learning tool for rookies and experienced players alike. Despite the fact that the software is in fact fast and solid, gameplay is somewhat slow at Paddy Power. That’s because the room is plagued by a common iPoker problem, one caused by the generous countdown timer. Players are given an awful long time to act, and that can slow games down quite a bit.
Paddy Power offers a 150% match on player deposits, up to a maximum of $600. The bonus can be unlocked by generating 600 Paddy Power points for every $10 bonus batch.
